Can Donald Trump make use of tracks against a musician's will?

.WOODY GUTHRIE'S "equipment" killed fascists-- or so United States's wonderful dust-bowl balladeer composed on his guitar. Jack White's power device "files a claim against fascists", wrote the frontman of The White Lines on Instagram on September 9th. The "fascist" is actually Donald Trump, that just recently used the band's most popular song, "Seven Country Soldiers", in a campaign video recording. Mr White desires him to cease. He joins a long list of performers who object to Mr Trump utilizing their popular music: Abba, Celine Dion, Beyoncu00e9, Foo Fighters, the estates of Isaac Hayes and Sinu00e9ad O'Connor as well as Johnny Marr of The Smiths-- and also those are simply the objectors from this year. (We've created a playlist of Trump-appropriated tunes.) Can they switch the music off?
